ATC Ready (the "App") is operated by Hasancan Zubaroglu (the "Operator", "we"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and the Operator. By creating an account or using the App you accept these Terms.

ATC Ready is a training tool for practicing aviation radio communication. It provides lessons, simulated air traffic control conversations, speech exercises, and feedback generated in part by artificial intelligence.
ATC Ready is an educational aid only. It is not flight instruction, is not provided by a certificated flight instructor, and is not affiliated with the FAA or any air navigation service provider. It must never be used during flight, for real-world navigation, or as a source of operational procedures. Simulated controller phraseology and procedures may differ from those used by real facilities. Always follow your instructor, current official publications, and real air traffic control.
You need an account (email, Sign in with Apple, or Google) to use the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of your data. You can delete your account at any time inside the App; deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
Parts of the App require a paid subscription ("ATC Ready Premium"), purchased through Apple as an auto-renewable subscription:
The price shown in the App at the time of purchase is what Apple bills to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, the paid period starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then; any unused trial time is forfeited when you start a paid subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings under your Apple Account subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Access may also be granted without a purchase, for example through a flight school plan that assigns you a seat. Such access lasts as long as the granting plan does.
The App is for your personal, non-commercial training. You agree not to misuse it, including attempting to extract its underlying models, prompts, or paid content; probing or disrupting its services; using it to generate unlawful content; or reselling access.
The App, its lessons, designs, and audio are owned by the Operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them inside the App while these Terms apply. Charts and airport data shown in the App are training reproductions and must not be used for navigation.
Grading, transcripts, and controller responses are generated in part by AI systems and can be wrong. They are provided for practice only and are not authoritative instruction.
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, lessons, and prices may change. We may update these Terms; material changes will be shown in the App or on this page with a new date, and your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, and the Operator's total liability for any claims relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 3, 7, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Operator's country of residence, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. Disputes will be resolved in the courts competent for the Operator's residence unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
