1 · Who is responsible

ATC Ready (the "App") is operated by Hasancan Zubaroglu. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].

2 · What we collect

Account data. Your email address and sign-in identifier when you create an account with email, Sign in with Apple, or Google.
Training data. Your lesson progress, exercise attempts and scores, onboarding answers (experience level, home airport, practice pace), and settings.
Voice recordings. When you press the mic to practice a radio call, that recording is processed to transcribe and grade it. Recordings and their transcripts are also kept in a private audit log we use to check and improve grading accuracy.
Purchase data. Your subscription status and product, received from Apple and our subscription processor. We never see your payment card details; Apple handles payment.
Device data. A push notification token if you allow notifications, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.

We do not show ads, and we do not sell your personal data.

3 · How we use it

To run the App: sync your progress across devices, grade your transmissions, and speak controller responses.
To manage subscriptions and, for flight school plans, seat access.
To improve lessons and grading, including reviewing audit recordings where grading looked wrong.
To send service notifications you have allowed.

4 · Who processes it for us

Your data is processed by service providers acting on our instructions, and may be processed in the United States. They fall into these categories:

Cloud hosting, database, and storage providers that run the App's accounts and servers.
Speech-to-text and AI services that transcribe and grade your practice transmissions and generate controller speech.
A subscription management provider that tracks subscription status.
Apple, for Sign in with Apple, payments, and subscriptions; and Google, if you choose Google sign-in.

Each provider is bound to process your data only to provide its service to us. A current list of providers is available on request at [email protected].

5 · Flight school plans

If your access comes through a flight school plan, the school's staff can see that you hold a seat and your training progress, so they can track their students. Your voice recordings are not shared with the school.

6 · Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account inside the App (Profile section); this removes your account and personal training data from our systems, subject to short backup windows. Voice audit recordings are kept only as long as needed to verify and improve grading, and you can request their earlier deletion by email. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting and by Apple.

7 · Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and similar laws), you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the legally required time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8 · Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9 · Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its date, and show notice in the App where appropriate.
